Last night, PUC women's volleyball competed in a match against West Coast Baptist College. The Lady Pioneers won three sets to none in the Covered Wagon. "After winning our first game, we are excited to begin conference play on a high note," says Izzy Bandy. Izzy also lead the team with 16 kills, and Claire Maghan was close behind with 11 kills. Melisa Lopez had 35 assists through the three sets. The team is now headed to southern California to compete against the University of Saint Katherine, Westcliff University, and Providence Christian College, all of which are conference games.
