Women's Soccer Keeps Holy Names to One

On September 7th the Pacific Union Women's Soccer Team traveled to Oakland to face Holy Names University on the turf at Wilder Park.

Our Pioneers had a tough fight and kept the score 0-0 for most of the game until The Hawks scored in the 56th minute of the game. As the referee blew his whistle the score ended 1-0 in favor of Holy Names.

Holy Names goal was scored by Zinet Siddiqi. Olivia Jesse received a yellow card in the 28th minute. The Pioneers recorded 2 shots on goal with 4 shots overall.

The Lady Pioneers will host Menlo to play them for the second time this season on September 12, 2022.
